An exceptionally large Context Library prevented some users from reaching the web app for a 3 minutes. No other services impacted. This issue is now resolved.

AWS Service Disruption – Klu uses AWS CloudFront and Regional Cache for the Klu web-based application. This disruption made the app.klu.ai unavailable for some customers. API services were not impacted during this time.

10:26 AM PDT Between 9:37 AM and 10:13 AM PDT, we experienced elevated error rates for request serviced by the CloudFront Origin Shield and Regional Edge Cache in the US-EAST-1 region. The issue has been resolved and service is operating normally.

A large context request (900k documents) made the Klu web app unavailable for some users for 3 minutes. The incident is now resolved and the team is building capabilities to handle future requests with service impacts.
